What We Should All Know About The Brain But Were Never Taught.

The brain shapes how we think, feel, learn, relate, and make decisions, yet most of us were never taught how it truly works.

This in-person masterclass is an engaging, practical session led by internationally recognised Santiago Brand.

It bridges modern neuroscience with everyday life, giving participants a clearer understanding of how the brain drives mental health, learning, behaviour, stress, overall health and human potential.

The masterclass delivers essential, cross-disciplinary knowledge relevant to mental health professionals, educators, healthcare providers, parents, students, and more, making complex neuroscience approachable for all.

In this full-day, experiential masterclass, Santiago translates complex neuroscience into clear, accessible language through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, helping you confidently apply this knowledge in your daily work and decision-making.

You Will Explore:

  • How the brain develops, adapts, and responds to stress, trauma, and experience from childhood to adulthood.
  • Brain-based foundations of common mental, emotional, and behavioural health challenges.
  • How environment, technology, and lifestyle, shape brain functioning and performance.
  • Explore factors affecting attention, emotion regulation, motivation, and learning across all ages.

Learn practical, research-informed strategies to support well-being, learning, resilience, and decision-making in daily life and work, empowering you to make meaningful changes with confidence.

Designed to be scientifically grounded yet highly accessible, the masterclass provides attendees with a “shared language of the brain” that can be used across clinical work, education, families, and organisations.
