Santiago Brand is a globally recognised expert in neuroscience and mental health, with over 16 years of experience in sports and clinical psychology. He holds board certifications in Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, and qEEG Brain Mapping and is a specialist in BrainSpotting therapy. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Santiago Brand is a sought-after trainer who has conducted workshops in 24 countries and supervised professionals from 17 nations in Brain Mapping, Biofeedback, and Neurofeedback.
His expertise has led him to consult for prestigious organisations, including the Colombian Olympic Committee, Bolivian Football Federation, and Taiwan Association for Biofeedback and Neurofeedback. 1.4 Currency and Taxes:
All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may include applicable taxes. The participant shall bear any currency conversion fees or additional charges imposed by payment service providers.

If a registered participant cannot attend, they may nominate a substitute to attend in their place, provided that the substitute meets the eligibility criteria for participation and that New Leaf is notified at least three days before the event.
2.3 Cancellation By Organiser:
Should New Leaf cancel or reschedule the event for any reason, participants shall be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. New Leaf shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel or accommodation expenses.
2.4 Force Majeure:
In the event that the event cannot be held due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of New Leaf, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, pandemic, or other unforeseeable events, New Leaf reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. Refunds in such cases shall be determined in accordance with the applicable force majeure policies of New Leaf.
3.1 Personal Data:
By registering for the event, participants agree to provide personal data necessary for the administration of the event. This data will be processed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore and shall only be used for purposes related to the event. All materials provided to participants, including but not limited to manuals, videos, and other resources, are for personal use only. Participants agree not to distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written permission from New Leaf or The Gottman Institute.
4.1 Eligibility:
The event is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the event description, including but not limited to professionals, students, and other individuals in related fields. Full attendance on both days is required for participants to receive a certificate of completion.
4.2 Health and Safety:
Participants agree to comply with all health and safety regulations imposed by New Leaf or relevant authorities during the event. This may include adherence to public health guidelines, such as COVID-19 safety measures, at the time of the event.
4.3 Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally throughout the event. New Leaf reserves the right to remove participants from the event without a refund if they engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
4.4 Follow-Up Session:
Participants are entitled to a one-month follow-up zoom group call with the trainer as part of the registration fee. Additional follow-up sessions may be made available at the discretion of New Leaf, subject to additional fees.
5.1 Snacks and Beverages:
Participants will be provided with canned beverages, tea, coffee and snacks on the day of the event. Any specific dietary requirements or food allergies must be communicated to New Leaf no later than 7 days prior to the event. While New Leaf will strive to accommodate dietary requests, it cannot guarantee the complete exclusion of allergens.
5.2 Outsourced Catering:
The food and beverages provided during the event will be sourced from an external vendor. New Leaf Counselling & Integrative Health is not responsible for the preparation, quality, or handling of the food and drinks.
5.3 Allergy and Intolerance Information:
Attendees are required to notify us of any food allergies or intolerances via the designated form or email prior to the event. We will communicate this information to the catering vendor to the best of our ability.
5.4 Liability Disclaimer:
While every effort will be made to inform the vendor of specific dietary requirements, New Leaf Counselling & Integrative Health is not liable for any harm, illness, or damage arising from the consumption of food or drinks provided by the vendor.
5.5 Attendee Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the attendee to verify the suitability of the provided food and beverages for their individual needs. Attendees are advised to exercise caution when consuming food if they have severe allergies or intolerances.
6.1 Event Modifications:
New Leaf reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, or trainer as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants promptly. Such modifications shall not entitle participants to a refund unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled under the provisions outlined in Section 2.
