Fees & Terms

By purchasing any package from New Leaf Counselling & Integrative Health, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Validity Period

• All packages are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
• Failure to book or use sessions within this period will result in forfeiture of the package, emphasising the importance of timely scheduling.

Session Booking & Usage

• Clients are responsible for scheduling and completing their sessions within the six-month validity period.
• Any sessions not booked or utilised within this timeframe will be automatically forfeited.

No Extensions, Refunds, Or Cash Conversion

• Extensions will not be granted beyond the six-month validity period, except in approved exceptional circumstances.
• We do not offer refunds, credits, or package conversions for unused or unbooked sessions, ensuring transparent and consistent policies.
• Packages cannot be converted to cash, in whole or in part.
• Packages cannot be exchanged for other services unless approved in writing by New Leaf’s Director.

Exceptional Circumstances (Medical Or Personal)

• If a client is unable to complete their package due to valid medical or personal reasons, they must notify New Leaf promptly and provide details of their situation.
• Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Any approved extension or modification must be authorised by the Director and provided in writing by New Leaf.
• Verbal assurances or informal agreements will not be recognised.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the session being counted as used.

Practitioner Availability

• Sessions are subject to practitioner availability.
• In cases of practitioner leave, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, New Leaf will assist you in rescheduling at the earliest opportunity.
• Practitioner changes may occur depending on service needs and scheduling.

Service Scope

• Sessions may not be substituted for alternative services, modalities, or practitioners.

Price Adjustments

• New Leaf reserves the right to adjust service fees at any time.
• Package purchases lock in the rate only at the time of sale and do not apply to future pricing changes.

Medical Suitability & Safety

• Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical and psychological conditions before beginning any programme or package.
• New Leaf reserves the right to pause, modify, or discontinue services if they are deemed unsafe or clinically unsuitable for the client.

Right To Decline Or Discontinue Services

• New Leaf maintains the right to decline or discontinue services where clinically or ethically appropriate (e.g., safety concerns, non-compliance, inappropriate behaviour, or lack of suitability).

Non-Transferable

• Packages are intended exclusively for the original purchaser or the named client at the time of purchase.
• Packages are non-transferable to any other individual.

Agreement To Terms

• By proceeding with the purchase of any package, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• These terms ensure fair practice, consistency, and a high-quality experience for all clients.

At New Leaf Counselling & Integrative Health, we strive to make your experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free, including how we handle payments.

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer several convenient payment options with no additional fees:

• Cash
• Bank Transfer/Internet Banking
• PayNow

We also accept credit/debit card payments, which have additional fees:

In Clinic Credit Card Payments: PlatoPay

• For Local (Singapore) Cards: 2.10% + SGD 0.20
• For International Cards: 3.30% + SGD 0.50

Online Credit Card Payments: PayPal, iPayMy or PlatoPay

Please Note: Processing fees for online credit card payments are the client’s responsibility.

Payment Terms

In-Person Appointments (During Office Hours): Full payment is required at the reception desk on the day of your in-person appointment.

Online Appointments & In-Person Sessions (Outside Office Hours): Full payment is required in advance of all sessions, including the initial session, which is conducted through Plato Tele Connect—our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

At New Leaf Counselling & Integrative Health, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. To support all our clients effectively, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice of any changes to your appointment time.

•⁠  ⁠Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged.

•⁠  ⁠12 hours or less notice: 100% of the session fee will be charged.
