Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

What Is the Employee Assistance Programme?

Mental health awareness in Asia’s workplace culture is going through an evolution. The corporate space is seeing more appreciation for mental health as well as an advancement in organisational mental health wellbeing through the cultural barriers being broken by organisations and their senior leadership. More and more organisations are starting to provide mental health benefits for employees that match physical health benefits. Hence, we collaborate with employers and organisations who want to put employee wellbeing and mental health at the foreground and facilitate an organisational culture that normalises mental health wellbeing using our Employee Assistance Programme.

Our Employee Assistance Programme is a holistic scheme where we collaborate with you as a partner to handle mental health as a whole for your company. Services we provide as part of this programme include personal counselling and coaching, lunch talks, wellness workshops, crisis interventions and mental health assessment through leadership discussions and employee surveys.

Common Issues We Address

Stress is a leading contributor to disability in both the workplace and personal lives. When left unmanaged, it can escalate into serious mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Supporting your employees in effectively managing stress is essential for creating a positive organisational culture and enhancing overall efficiency.

Burnout is a stress-induced psychological syndrome characterized by feelings of hopelessness and significant disruption to daily life. Common triggers include excessive workloads, multitasking, and an unwavering pursuit of perfection, which often leads to insufficient rest and self-care. The consequences of burnout can include decreased job performance, increased absenteeism, and the development of additional mental health challenges such as anxiety.

Anxiety and depression are increasingly common challenges that individuals face in both their professional and personal lives, often affecting work efficiency and daily functioning. We are committed to collaborating with them to provide the tools and resources needed to effectively manage these mental health concerns.
